It’s Monday, what are you reading? (4)

This is a weekly feature hosted over at Book Date.

Regress by SF Benson. This was a disappointing read for me. I’ve decided not to continue with the series. My review is here.

This was a quick and fun read, my review is here.

Another quick read by Stradling, but this one won’t be released until December so my review isn’t up on the blog yet. It’s a Beauty and the Beast re-telling that I loved. If you would like to read my review on GR click here.

This is a Paranormal Romance, but since I mostly do YA and NA reviews on here I decided not to review it on my blog. If you are interested, you can read my Goodreads review here. I gave it 4/5 stars and will definitely be continuing the series.

I am listening to this on Audio. I’m about 80% done and will be moving onto Crown of Midnight next. I am so in love with this series so I pretty much to expect to continue listening to this until I finish what is currently released.

I am also reading the collection of prequel novellas to Throne of Glass. I like them so far, but haven’t had as much time as I wish I had to read.

😀 Loving this books as well. I won’t be reviewing this book on my blog, but I will upload a link to my review on GR in next week’s update post.

I’ve had this since January 31, but I plan on starting this once I’m done with Assassin’s Blade.

  1. I’m interested in the Beauty and the Beast retelling. Ensnared has a gorgeous cover! Off to check out your thoughts on GR!

    Here’s what I’m reading:

    • Great Blog!

Beauty and the Beast was my favorite Disney movie when I was little, so I love retellings of that particular story. Some are hit and miss for me, but this was a definite hit.

  2. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying Throne of Glass. I listened to the audiobook of that recently and while I couldn’t really get into it, I *did* really like the narrator for that story – she definitely did Celaena justice for me.

    • I do like the narrator. To be honest, Throne of Glass took me a while to get into, but I love it now. Have you read Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series? I personally like it more than Throne of Glass, as it’s a little more New Adult than YA.

  3. Making Bad Choices sounds good….thanks for sharing. Enjoy….and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  4. I’ll have to watch for Ensnared. Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fairy tale. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
